Confidentiality Protocols

JAEAS enforces strict confidentiality to protect all parties:

• Editors: Must not disclose or use submitted manuscripts outside the editorial process.

• Reviewers: Manuscripts are confidential and must not be shared, discussed, or stored without permission.

• Journal Staff: Access to submissions is limited to authorized personnel; secure handling is mandatory.

• Double-Blind Review: Author and reviewer identities are anonymized to prevent bias.

• Post-Decision Confidentiality: Rejected manuscripts remain confidential, and reviewer identities are never disclosed.
