Author Guidelines

The Journal of Advanced Engineering & Applied Sciences (JAEAS) welcomes original, high-quality research manuscripts in engineering, technology, and applied sciences. Authors must follow the submission and formatting guidelines outlined below:

Submission Instructions

• Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

• Submit manuscripts electronically via the journal portal: https://rjsaonline.org/index.php/JGST

• Manuscripts should be in Microsoft Word format (2016 or later).

• All content—including text, tables, figures, and references—must be included in a single document.

• Registration on the journal website is required prior to submission.

Manuscript Formatting

• Title & Authors: Centered; title in bold, 16 pt; author details below, 12 pt. Include name, designation, department, institution, city, country, and email.

• Abstract: Maximum 250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions. Italicized, justified text, 12 pt.

• Keywords: 3–10 keywords, alphabetical order, separated by commas.

• Text Specifications: 3500–6000 words; A4 page, 1-inch margins, 1.5 line spacing, single-sided.

• Tables & Figures: Tables—titles above, bold, centered; Figures—captions below, same formatting.

• Equations: Consistent font and style throughout.

Referencing

• Follow APA Style (latest edition) for all references.

• Include working URLs where applicable.

• In-text citations must match the reference list. Avoid citing personal communications in the abstract.

Additional Requirements

• Author Biography: 50–100 words, recent photograph, and completed Copyright Agreement Form.

• Funding Disclosure: All sources of funding must be clearly mentioned in the manuscript.
