Publication Schedule

J-STAR: Journal of Social & Technological Advanced Research

As directed by the Scholar Club Board of Governors, J-STAR adheres to a quarterly publication cycle, releasing four issues each year according to the schedule below:

Key Deadlines and Important Notes

  • Submission Deadline: 30th of the first month of the respective issue
    (e.g., January 30 for the March issue)

  • Peer Review Completion: By the 10th of the third month of the issue cycle
    (e.g., March 10 for the March issue)

  • Final Decision Notification: By the 20th of the publication month

  • Publication Date: 30th or 31st of the publication month (depending on the calendar)

Additional Guidelines

  • Early Submissions: Manuscripts submitted well before the deadline may be prioritized for review.

  • Rolling Submissions: Submissions are open throughout the year. Manuscripts not ready for one issue are automatically considered for the next.

  • Online First Policy: To ensure rapid dissemination of knowledge, accepted articles may be published online before their assigned issue release.
