As per the directive of the Scholar Club Board of Governors, EcoBiotics: Journal of Animal & Plant Sciences follows a quarterly publication schedule, releasing four issues annually according to the cycle below:

Key Deadlines and Important Notes

  • Final Decision Notification: By the 20th of the publication month

  • Publication Date: 30th or 31st of the publication month, depending on the calendar

Additional Guidelines

  • Early Submissions: Authors submitting manuscripts well in advance may receive prioritized review and decision.

  • Rolling Submissions: Manuscripts are accepted year-round. If a paper cannot be processed in time for the current issue, it will be queued for the next one.

  • Online First Policy: Accepted manuscripts may be published online prior to the official release to accelerate the dissemination of scientific findings.
