Job crafting is a phenomenon that has gained much attention in organizational psychology because it shows how workers modify their roles, relationships, and thoughts to make work more meaningful. Teachers, as important figures of educational development, have to face with many professional tasks which affect their psychological life. The present study is an attempt to explore the correlation between job crafting and psychological well-being of teachers in Punjab. The study investigates if teaching job crafting practices are associated with greater psychological well-being among teachers. Quantitative research approach is followed and data are collected from teachers of educational institutions across Punjab through predetermined questionnaires. The study aims are to increase the understanding of the relationships between the three dimensions of job crafting (task, relational, cognitive) and psychological well-being indicators. The results offer insights into the relationship between job crafting and teacher personal and professional satisfaction, as well as strategies for educational institutions to foster teacher well-being. The findings of this research also add to the body of knowledge by emphasizing the positive side of the work behaviors and their association with mental and emotional wellbeing of teachers.
