Editorial Guidelines

Editors and editorial staff at JGST are expected to:

• Ensure fair, impartial, and timely handling of all manuscripts.

• Maintain confidentiality of submissions and reviewer reports.

• Avoid conflicts of interest and recuse themselves if impartiality cannot be guaranteed.

• Support reviewers and authors with clear instructions and guidance throughout the review and revision process.

• Uphold ethical standards consistent with COPE guidelines and international best practices.
