Perception of Fairness and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Empirical Evidence from Education Sector of Pakistan

The study examined that how teacher’s perception of fairness affects their willingness to cooperate and contribute in higher degrees awarding education institutions of Pakistan. using cross-sectional survey design. The data has been collected from 267 faculty members of higher degrees awarding institutions in Peshawar city of KPK were selected using stratified random sampling procedures and responses was recorded survey instrument. For results computation descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis were used to find relationship between dependent and independent variables using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. A positive and significant relationship was found between teacher’s perception of fairness and OCB.
