Publication Schedule

ComputeX – Journal of Emerging Technology & Applied Science

As per the directive of the Scholar Club Board of Governors, ComputeX – Journal of Emerging Technology & Applied Science adheres to a quarterly publication cycle, releasing four issues per year according to the following schedule:

Key Deadlines and Important Notes

  • Submission Deadline: 30th of the first month of the corresponding issue
    (e.g., January 30 for the March issue)

  • Peer Review Completion: By the 10th of the third month of the issue cycle
    (e.g., March 10 for the March issue)

  • Final Decision Notification: By the 20th of the publication month

  • Publication Date: 30th or 31st of the publication month, depending on the calendar

Additional Guidelines

  • Early Submissions: Manuscripts submitted ahead of schedule may be given priority in review and decision-making.

  • Rolling Submissions: Submissions are accepted continuously throughout the year. If not scheduled for the current issue, manuscripts will automatically be considered for the next available one.

  • Online First Policy: To ensure timely sharing of research, accepted manuscripts may be made available online before the official issue release.
