Correction Policy
1. Purpose of Corrections
PJALI ensures clarity, accuracy, and credibility in research publications in arts, linguistics, literature, and cultural studies. Corrections safeguard the scholarly record for academic, policy, and public use.
2. Types of Corrections
Erratum (Publisher-Initiated):
Production errors (formatting, figures, metadata) not affecting conclusions.
Corrigendum (Author-Initiated):
Author-detected substantive errors post-publication (e.g., data, interpretation mistakes) impact understanding but not validity.
3. Correction Procedure
Error Detection: Identified by authors, editors, reviewers, or readers.
Editorial Review: Board evaluates the error’s significance and decides on correction type.
Implementation: Formal correction notice issued and linked; main text unchanged unless critical.
4. Visibility & Indexing
Corrections are:

Retraction Policy
1. Purpose of Retractions
Articles are retracted when validity is seriously compromised. This protects arts and linguistics research from misuse or erroneous citation.
