The study examines how employee education programs can improve the efficiency of an organization in Islamic banks in Quetta, Pakistan. With the increase in the prominence of Islamic banking, it has been even more crucial that the competencies of employees are aligned to Shariah-compliant practices, and to the current standards of financial practices. Further, in this study we have used reliability, descriptive, correlation and regression analysis and stratified sampling is used with sample size of 200 which was determined through G*Power software. The paper provides an observation of how institutional performance is boosted by structured employee training programs in aspects of Islamic financing, customer service, ethical banking, and digital technology all of which advance workforce capability and service delivery. Based on the responses of affected employees and the observations of the institution, the study concludes that education programs play an important role in motivating staff, ethical behavior and a sense of being aligned with the goals of the institution. Although these are advantages of the Islamic banks in Quetta, the industry faces challenges like shortage to the availability of qualified trainers, inadequate infrastructure, and receptiveness to modification. Finally, the results confirm that due to the creation of specific educational programs can provide sustainable development and efficiency of Islamic banking organizations.
